2018 National Match Lodging Information

The Camp Perry Lodging and Conference Center is run by the Adjutant General's Department, State of Ohio. We are located on the Camp Perry Military Reservation, on the shores of Lake Erie, near Port Clinton, Ohio. The Lodging and Conference Center overlooks beautiful Lake Erie and is an ideal location to hold an all-week conference, a one-day workshop, business meeting, wedding reception, or any gathering of friends and associates. Support Personnel Reservations – must be requested in writing prior to November 30, 2017. Commercial Row vendors are limited to no more than two rooms or huts per contracted vendor.

Wounded Warrior Teams

  • A single point of contact (POC) must submit a 2018 Wounded Warrior Team Reservation form from the website www.cplcc.com under the “National Match Information” link beginning at 8am on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Walk-in or phone requests will not be accepted. This form is to be submitted online.
  • Please note that due to limited availability, handicapped housing will be restricted to wheelchair bound guests only.
  • After receiving the Wounded Warrior lodging request, Camp Perry Lodging staff will promptly send an email acknowledgement to the POC.
  • If the team request can be granted, the POC will be notified by email and a non-refundable deposit will be required within 14 days of email notification.
  • Cancellations and changes must be made prior to payment at check-in. No refunds will be granted for any circumstances after payment has been rendered.
  • Wounded Warrior Team (POC) is responsible for ensuring all team members are aware of the National Match Lodging procedures and signing liability release forms for all lodging facilities at check-in.

Team Reservations – a single individual (Point of Contact - POC) must submit a 2018 National Match Team Reservation Form from the website www.cplcc.com under the “National Match Info” link beginning at 8am on Thursday, March 15, 2018 through March 31, 2018. Walk in’s or phone requests will not be accepted.

  • Teams must be able to provide proof of being a NRA/CMP affiliated club or State Association
  • Each organization or club may submit one junior and one adult team request for each of the National Match Phases. Duplicate request forms will result in elimination of all requests submitted.
  • Incomplete request forms may be rejected. Please include the total # of beds requested with arrival and departure dates, as well as all other information requested on the form.
  • After receiving a team lodging request, Camp Perry Lodging staff will promptly send an email acknowledgement to the POC.
  • If the team request can be granted, the POC will be notified. A deposit payment will be required within 14 days of notification in order to guarantee reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.

Military Teams

  • Military teams must contact the Camp Perry Logistics Office and complete the necessary forms for renting military barracks for National Match 2018 lodging. Military teams who wish to request hut lodging may submit a team registration form. (See the Team Reservation Info above). Do not submit a Team Reservation Request if you have already submitted a request for barracks through the Camp Perry Logistics Office.

Special Needs Competitors

  • Competitors requiring specific accommodations due to medical conditions should download the Special Need Reservation Request form found on www.cplcc.com under the “National Match Info” tab.  The form must be completed, mailed with postmark between March 15 and March 31, 2018. No walk ins will be accepted.
  • A current statement from the competitor’s doctor must be attached to the request form. The doctor’s statement must be on the physician’s letterhead or prescription paper, be dated within the last 12 months, and describe the housing requirements needed. The medical condition is not required due to patient confidentiality.
  • Please do not send duplicate requests. Duplicate request forms will result in elimination of all requests submitted. Reservation requests will be processed on a first received, first served basis.
  • After receiving confirmation of reservation availability, the Special Needs Competitor will be required to make a non-refundable deposit payment within 14 days of receipt of confirmation notification receipt in order to guarantee reservations.

Individual Competitors

  • Reservations will be taken via phone by calling 1-888-889-7010 or 614-336-6214 beginning on specified call in dates. Walk in’s and written requests will not be accepted.  Lodging will be filled on  a first come, first served basis.

  • You must know your arrival and departure dates when you call.
  • A non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.
  • You will be provided with a confirmation number upon reservation. Please keep track of this number and provide at check in.
  • You must be 18 years old to make a reservation. Proof may be required.

General Information on all Reservations

  • PETS are permitted in the RV Park ONLY. A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed. Owners must adhere to pet rules, or will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • DEPOSITS are required for each unit rented during the National Matches. The deposit amount is equal to the first night’s stay of the reserved unit. If the room is cancelled at any time the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded for any reason. Deposits are transferable when upgrading type of accommodations only.
  • CHANGES- ALL changes must be made prior to check in. Once the reservation has been checked in, the renter is obligated to pay the full rental amount. No refunds will be given for early departure for any reason.
  • CANCELLATIONS- must be made by 2:00pm the day prior to your check in date. Deposits applied to cancelled reservations are forfeited by the competitor
  • CHECK IN– will occur between the hours of 2:00P.M. and 10:00P.M. Reservations that are not checked in by 10:00P.M. will be considered cancelled and the deposits will be forfeited.
  • CHECK OUT– must be accomplished no later than 10:00A.M. for all properties except the RV Park. Check out time for the RV Park is 12:00P.M. noon. Please ensure that the rental unit is cleared and all keys are returned on the morning of departure. Additional charges will be incurred for late check outs or lost keys. Please be considerate to the next lodging guest and check out on time.
